Atlanta and Las Vegas are now a distant memory. My clients were looking for paradise and found it on Daniel Island, the serene coastal island in Charleston, SC where life is definitely good. Both are avid golfers, love pickle ball, bicycling, walking and getting to know their neighbors. Their home was custom built for them by Coastal Premier Homes based in Charleston, SC (An Arthur Rutenberg Homes National Franchise). Our work together began at the architectural planning stages. We made every selection (except for the screws for the framing!)
After 3 years of building, thank you Covid, their move in date was August of 2022 into this beautiful home. From the outset they fell in love with having an open first floor plan as well as having a master suite on the first floor. Most importantly they wanted their home to be relaxing and welcoming which was the driving force for all of our decisions. They are still world travelers who also attend every Braves game that they can and who love coming home.
